How do I cancel my subscription?
On iPhone: open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Streak Hunter → Cancel. On Android: open Play Store → menu → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Streak Hunter → Cancel. Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by the store you purchased through. For Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google: open the Play Store, find the purchase, tap Refund. If the store has declined a refund you think we can help with, write to support@eswarden.com and we'll see what we can do.
I bought Pro on another device — how do I restore it?
Open Settings → Subscription → Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account that bought the subscription.
How do I export my data?
Open Settings → Account → Export data. The App generates a JSON file with your hunts, streaks, relapse events, SOS sessions, quests, and notes.
How do I delete my account?
Open Settings → Account → Delete account. The button is right there — no hidden hoops. Server-side data tied to your account is removed within 30 days. Subscription billing is governed by the store and must be cancelled separately (see above).
Can I change my monster?
Yes — open the hunt, then tap Edit hunt. Changing the monster keeps your streak history. You can also archive a hunt and start a new one.
